Workbench was created to address fragmentation in AI development occurring across all KPMG Member Firms around the globe.

Multiple regions across the globe were independently building AI products, resulting in duplicated effort, inconsistent user experiences and limited ability to scale learnings globally. 

Collaborating with our US based Member Firms and Design thinking pioneers IDEO (Cambridge), the Workbench Design System became the common experience framework intended to align teams around a shared vision for AI interaction, behaviour and prodcut delivery for both clients and internal operations.
